It's hard to believe that summer reading is almost over! The Outdoor Fair celebrating another terrific summer of reading will take place on
Wednesday, August 13th from 10:30am - 1:00pm. The fair will feature:
- A polynesian dance performance by Laura Matta at 11:00am
- the final puppet workshop of the summer with Sue Klau at 12:00pm
- Face painting provided by Creative Chica
- Sand Art
- Certificates, prizes, grand prize drawings
- Food and fun!
The fair will take place in Aquidneck Park outside the library. In the event of rain, all activities will go on as scheduled inside the library. If you are unable to attend the fair but completed summer reading, stop by the children's desk anytime after August 13th to pick up your certificate and prizes. Certificates, free books and prizes will be available for pick-up through mid-September.
