Get Cooking with Chemistry!

Like to experiment in the kitchen?  Learn about food science and the chemistry of cooking with Get Cooking with Chemistry! on Tuesday, July 22nd at 2:30pm.  Dr. Susan Meschwitz, of Salve Regina University, will help you experiment with mystery powder and yeast and will demonstrate how to make home-made ice cream using liquid nitrogen!

Registration is required and begins on June 23rd.  Sign up at the Children's Desk or by calling 847-8720 ext. 204.  Held in the John Clarke Children's Program Room.
